Is there a fee for canceling salon appointments?

If you cancel the day of your appointment you would have already paid the required $75 non-refundable deposit. This deposit allows for you to be able to cancel and reschedule your appointment.

What is the return policy on your products?

No returns, exchange only with tag & verification of purchase while being in the same condition.

Do you do Natural Hair?

Yes, but I do not do styles that require curling or flat iron.

Fill out our "Become A Member" form on our 'Become A Member' page and submit. Or you can email your information to nickisplace@hershorthair.com. We will need the following information: Your name, Phone number and what you're interested in having done with your hair. Attach photos if you have them!

What is the return policy on your products?
